4. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Approved returns must follow the instructions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees apply.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Fixtures that have been installed are not eligible for return.

Hardwired fixtures, including chandeliers, pendant lights, and wall sconces, should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable local electrical codes.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ceiling, junction box, or mounting surface can safely support the weight of the fixture. A & A Lighting is not responsible for injury, property damage, or product damage resulting from improper installation, unsuitable mounting, or use of bulbs exceeding the stated wattage rating.
